Our puzzles are made to order which unfortunately means we cannot accept returns unless it is a faulty product. When placing name puzzle orders please ensure that you correctly spell the name you are requesting on your puzzle and take note of the maximum number of letters available on that design.

Due to the nature of wood being a natural product, wood tone and wood grain can differ between each product. Colours may appear different across different monitors due to colour reproduction and colour calibration.

Shipping is available all over New Zealand and Australia and cost is dependant on your location and rural delivery.

Within New Zealand this can take up to 7-10 working days due to postal service turn around times. Please allow more time for rural addresses. Overnight delivery is available at an additional cost.
