All items will be shipped within 72 hours from order placement. If an item is back-ordered or there is an unforseen delay in processing your order, you will be contacted via email. If your order qualified for free shipping we will send it either by USPS Parcel Post or UPS which ever is the most cost effective.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you aren't completely satisfied with any of your purchases, you may return them to us in original packaging and condition within 15 days of receipt of purchase for an exchange or refund (some restrictions may apply).
You must obtain a return authorization (RA) number by calling customer service toll-free at 1-877-362-TOYS(8697)
Plush items are not returnable under any circumstances, due to health concerns.
EXCHANGES
If an item is damaged in shipment and was shipped UPS, please contact UPS and file a claim using your tracking number. If you purchased insurance and it was mailed through USPS, please contact them with your insurance number to file a claim. If the problem is a product defect, you must contact the manufacturer listed in your packaging.
REFUNDS
Refunds are made to the original credit card within 7 to 14 business day. Any returns without a RA number will not be accepted and will not be credited. Plush items are not returnable under any circumstances, due to health concerns.
The item you are returning must not be opened and shipping and handling will not be refunded. If you received free shipping the original cost to ship the item will be deducted from your refund.
